Public Investments in the Care Economy. Chaco Province Case Study
As part of the joint program of UN Women and the ILO "Promoting Decent Employment for Women through Inclusive Growth Policies and Investments in the Care Economy", UN Women in Argentina, in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Center for the Study of Public Policies (CIEPP), has conducted a study in the province of Chaco that estimates the fiscal effort of investing in public policies to reduce deficits in meeting care demands, and calculates the employment that would be generated as a result of this investment.
